Benefit from the rapid development of cloud computing,Internet of things,artificial intelligence,big data,blockchain and other emerging technology in the recent years.The pace of intelligent manufacturing in China continues to accelerate.Many industrial giants,internet technology and other enterprises expand their business scope,actively transform and enter the intelligent manufacturing industry,At one time,a large number of high-tech enterprises emerged in the mass.As a model of technology intensive enterprises,How to use knowledge for innovation is a important question this companies,and the innovation plays a key role in the competitiveness of high-tech enterprises.The performance of the R&D staff activities determines the performance of high-tech enterprises,which is related to the final achievement of enterprise strategic objectives.As a holding subsidiary of CICT focusing on intelligent manufacturing and industrial internet,company D is a high-tech scientific research and knowledge intensive enterprise.As knowledge employees of the company,R&D personnel's creative R&D ability and work performance play an important role in cultivating the core competitive advantage of the enterprise.Based on the above background,this paper explores how to innovate the existing performance management mechanism,encourage knowledge personnel to give full play to their potential,work creatively,achieve organizational performance and realize individual self growth.Based on the above background,this paper studies the performance management of knowledge employees in D company.Through questionnaire survey and one-to-one interview,it finds out the existing problems:low recognition of performance management,unreasonable goal setting,poor performance communication and single incentive of performance appraisal results.The main reasons are:lack of performance management culture,lack of performance management staff There is a mismatch and performance management assurance measures are not in place.Aiming at the existing problems of performance management,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of OKR performance management,which focuses on the publicity and training of OKR performance management,the setting of performance objectives,the strengthening of performance communication and guidance,the optimization of performance appraisal results and the guarantee measures of performance management.This paper introduces OKR performance management method to solve the above problems,at the same time to encourage knowledge personnel to play their potential,work creatively and achieve organizational performance and individual self growth.
