Knowledge workers are the core power of enterprise development and innovation.In this paper,the performance evaluation management theory and application technology are fully studied,and the use of dynamic Bayesian network to build and update the performance evaluation model,the enterprise management and artificial intelligence research,and then design and implementation of enterprise knowledge workers performance test system.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper is to understand the relevant theories of enterprise performance evaluation,and to build the dynamic Bayesian network and related algorithms in the performance assessment model.(2)By investigating the form of questionnaire and interview,selecting the initial index of knowledge workers' performance evaluation,using the analytic hierarchy process to simplify the index,which is the basis for the later research.In the data sample collection and processing,the sample data is standardized,and the data is small,the Bootstrap Bayes method is used to expand the small sample data.(3)Taking the Asia net as an example,the K2 algorithm is selected as the dynamic Bias network learning algorithm for the K2 algorithm,the mountain climbing algorithm and the MCMC algorithm.Through the analysis of the existing problems of K2 algorithm,the application sequence of K2 algorithm is improved,and the Bayesian network learning algorithm is optimized.(4)On the basis of detailed analysis of user needs,the overall structure and function modules of the system are designed,and the modules of the system are realized.The design and implementation of enterprise knowledge workers' performance appraisal system is the research object of knowledge workers,the scientific evaluation method is used to set the evaluation index and weight.
