As a normal mode of enterprise operation,project is an important supporting means and tool for enterprises to formulate strategic objectives and implement strategic planning.As an important part of project management,project performance management is critical to the overall project team's organizational performance,the improvement of the individual performance of project team members,and the optimization of the entire project management process and business processes.It is an important guarantee and key link to realize the strategic objectives of the whole project organization.Education is the foundation of a centenary plan.Education is the most fundamental cause of a nation,and President Xi Jinping pointed out in the report at the 1gth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that education should be given priority.With the rapid development of information technology,"Internet Plus" will certainly have an important impact on the traditional education industry and promote the reconstruction of traditional educational ideas and educational ecology.In this context,the construction of the "Internet plus" educational resource platform is the trend,and how to build a new talent training mode and educational service model under the condition of "Internet Plus" will be an important subject for joint research in the theoretical and practical fields.Based on this,this paper takes project performance management as the research object,on the basis of the relevant conceptual theory,combined with the actual operation of the "Same In" cloud platform project of Beijing Ideatree Company,analyzing the problems and shortcomings exposed by project performance management,and using project performance management theory and practical tools to arrve at improvement programs.Finally,the effectiveness of the implementation of the program is evaluated These successful experience and management tools have reference significance and value for similar educational Internet platform project theory researchThis paper takes the "TZ" cloud platform project of Beijing Ideatree Company as the case object to conduct an in-depth study on the theory and practice of project performance management.The research shows that in the performance management of the "TZ" cloud platform project of Beijing Ideatree Company,there are many problems,such as inconsistency between performance objectives and project strategic objectives,unclear decomposition of performance objectives,unserious performance evaluation,monotonous performance management method and formless performance feedback.The reason is that the project performance management concept is weak,the project performance management system is not perfect,the project performance incentive and constraint mechanism is not complete.Based on the above conclusions,this paper presents the optimization scheme of Beijing Ideatree Company's "TZ"cloud platform project performance management,which aims to establish a focus on the concept of project performance management,with the application of Work Breakdown Structure(WBS),Objectives and Key Results(OKR),Continuous Improvement Spiral(PDCA)and other core project performance goal decomposition and project performance evaluation methods as the core,using project performance management team construction and organizational structure adjustment as the guarantee,improving the project incentive and restraint mechanism as the support of the project performance management system.Finally,the implementation effect of the performance management optimization program of the Beijing Ideatree Company's "TZ" cloud platform is evaluated,and the effectiveness of the whole project performance management optimization program is shown by the comparison of the project implementation effect before and after.
