Research On Risk Management Of Master Data System Project

With the rapid development of society and the continuous upgrading of technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data,more and more companies attach great importance to informatization.However,while the amount of information is increasing exponentially,the unification and improvement of basic data is particularly important.Therefore,more and more companies begin to carry out master data governance and master data system projects.The thesis takes the X company master data system project as the research background,combines the theoretical system of project risk management,and conducts the risk management research of the master data system project on the basis of risk management research at home and abroad.The main contents are:1.Briefly describe the actual project of the thesis research,that is,the project background and project content of the X company's master data system project.2.Carry out project risk identification and assessment on actual project cases,use expert method to identify the main risks at each stage of the project,use analytic hierarchy process to carry out quantitative analysis,and carry out detailed risk assessment of each risk factor in the project.3.Combining the project risk identification and assessment of actual cases,give countermeasures to the risk factors at each stage of the project.Master data projects not only have to face the high risks of common information system projects,but also consider the variability of the combination of the master data system and the business,which leads to a greater risk of master data projects in the enterprise.Therefore,the author also hopes that through the practical research of the paper,it can provide a valuable reference for the risk management of more enterprises' master data projects.
