Research On Risk Management Of H Company's Data Interface Platform Project

With the rapid development of science and technology,large and small projects in various fields come one after another.And all these projects are projects,projects exist in our lives and work,so project management has become an important part of human production behavior.There are bound to be successes and failures,and the biggest factor in project success or failure is project risk.In recent years,human beings have entered a new era of information technology application.IT technology and products are changing with each passing day.How to effectively avoid the cost increase,schedule delay,quality and other conditions caused by project risk has become the top priority of IT project management.Research on project risk management is the most direct and effective way to solve this problem.Based on the data interface management platform project of H company,this paper mainly studies the risk factors of interface IT project management and how to correctly plan,identify,evaluate,deal with and monitor project risks.The main research content includes the analysis of the characteristics of interface projects,the identification of the existing problems according to the characteristics of the project and the current situation of project management,and the identification of the risks of the project through the problems found.Finally,the project risk model is constructed by AHP,and the weight of risk factors is calculated quantitatively,the key risk factors affecting the project are summarized,and the corresponding solutions are given.The interface project platform involves the data transmission security,timeliness and extension of the bank,which has a great impact on the related system and a serious risk impact.The research results of the project risk in this paper lay down the guidelines for the implementation of risk management in interface IT projects,which will be conducive to reducing the major risks encountered in the implementation of interface projects in the future.Therefore,it is of great significance for the stability,security and timeliness of the bank's associated system to effectively avoid project risks,reduce costs and improve production efficiency.
