With the continuous development of communication technology,wireless communication technology has been completely changed.At present,the latest wireless communication technology standard is exponential word cluster wireless communication technology.This technology is widely used in all parts of society,but it also faces some project risks.Such as the environment,planning and design,organizational structure and technology.To sum up,there are some hidden risks in the whole process of project management more or less.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out risk management to drive the project to run properly.Mobile communication engineering construction projects have a very close relationship with local governments and operators.At the same time,supervision,construction,design and other units are also involved in joint work with some experts and technical backbone.At present,the academic research on project risk management is mainly based on the case study,and the research on its risk management is relatively few.This paper selects the mobile communication engineering construction project contracted by Z Mobile Company as the research object.In this project,the digital trunking wireless communication technology is applied to ensure the successful coverage of the whole area.Firstly,this paper analyzes and evaluates various risk factors of mobile wireless master equipment project with qualitative analysis.There are a total of 17 risks in 4 categories,including major technology,planning,environment and management.Then,it effectively analyzes the current development status of all risks.Furthermore,the corresponding project risk assessment model is established by the analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,the possibility and consequence of project risk occurrence are described in detail by means of comprehensive evaluation method.The final evaluation results show that the overall risk of the project has a low development level and can be effectively controlled,but technology and planning have a large weight value in the whole model,which will have a great impact on the risk,especially the comprehensive function of the product,the interconnection and the site selection of the base station have the biggest impact on it.At the same time,the risk of demand fluctuation has a high probability of occurrence,and the consequences caused by it are also very severe,which deserves the attention of the project team.In view of the various risk problems proposed in this paper,this study puts forward five effective strategies and methods to deal with the risk.Specifically,it includes risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk mitigation,risk prevention and risk self-bearing,etc.Suggestions on the corresponding risk monitoring measures are put forward in the hope of providing some help for the normal operation of domestic mobile communication engineering construction projects and better risk management.At the same time,this study also provides the corresponding reference for the later theoretical research,and further improves the theoretical and practical research.
