With the rapid development of information technology,global competition has changed from industrial age to information competition.Information technology such as computer information technology,network technology and network communication are changing the way of production and social life.Competition between information technology and information resources has become an important factor affecting the productivity of a country.The development and application of information technology provides new ways and means for enterprise technology innovation,production method innovation and enterprise management.At present,computer information technology and systems are quite mature,and it has become an important method for enterprises to improve production and optimize internal resources.However,enterprise information technology is also a "double-edged sword".Because of the many uncertainties in information system technology,system management,schedule,etc.this makes the information system extremely risky in the implementation process.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive risk identification and assessment method to provide reference for the implementation of information system.Based on the research of gas information system project,this paper analyzes the relevant theories of risk management and the research status at home and abroad,and studies the analysis methods and evaluation methods used in this paper through the literature research method.Lay the theoretical foundation.In the process of evaluating the risk factors of gas information system,this paper determines the specific tasks of each stage through project work decomposition,and identifies the project risk factors according to the specific tasks of each stage,and the project is analyzed by AHP and expert scoring method.Quantitative analysis of risk factors to achieve a combination of risk identification and quantification of gas information systems.This paper applies project risk management,risk identification and evaluation methods to the implementation process of gas information system project,and combines relevant theories of information system life cycle to determine the main risk factors of each stage of the project.Risk factors are identified and evaluated to propose measures to reduce risk development during the implementation of the information system.
