Research On Risk Management Of New CT Software Development Project Of X Company

The development of software products is a complex system process,with strict management organization and scientific management process.The development of the project is faced with the dynamic changes in the macro environment,so it is facing more and more uncertainty,especially in the development of new products.These uncertain factors cover a wide range,including the adjustment of external environment,including the adverse effects of product design,product performance,project management and personnel turnover.For the relatively high technology development projects,there are many uncertain factors.Therefore,enhancing risk identification and risk management is very important for enterprises.This paper selects the new CT software development project of X company as the research object,and in-depth study of the project risk evaluation,which will develop the project risk management and software integration,so as to the company's new CT software development project risk management rationalization proposals to provide corresponding support,so this study has a certain theoretical value and practice value.This paper uses AHP to set up the risk evaluation system of new CT software development project,and the application research is carried out at the same time.The results show that: first,the new CT software development company X project risk and technology risk management,risk management,risk management personnel management,owners of the level of risk management and risk management with level five aspects;second,X function model of CT software development project risk factors for the development of the team R & D capability lack of risk,the functional requirements of the system change risk and risk decision-making mechanism is not perfect,the risk management decision-making ability of talent loss caused by insufficient risk,the risk of leakage;third,the level of risk management of X's new CT software development project risk in a good level.Among them,the owner's risk management level and risk management level have reached a very good level.The level of technology risk management and talent risk management has reached a good level,and the level of management risk management has only reached a good level.Through the study on X's new CT software development project risk evaluation system,which can help companies develop new software related projects and business risk evaluation system for risk assessment of software development projects for other similar software enterprises also has certain reference significance.
