All the continuous development of communication technology for mobile communications technology provide the basis of continuous innovation and reform,especially the development of LTE network for the mobile Internet business has a farreaching influence,in today's mobile customers demand more and more diversified,which makes the operator dependence on LTE network is more and more big,constantly expand the scale of the construction of LTE networks.However,domestic requirements for the construction of LTE communication projects are very strict.Because LTE network construction involves the level of infrastructure,the capital invested in it is very high,and the required professional technical level is high.Therefore,the probability of risks in the construction process is relatively high,which makes the project investment virtually increase.It can be seen that the important factor affecting the rapid development of communication engineering enterprises is the high degree of risk in communication engineering projects.In the face of this situation,scholars and experts in the domestic communication industry need to conduct more in-depth research and analysis to establish a management system that is suitable for the development of the communication industry and capable of risk assessment and prevention,so as to promote the development of the domestic communication industry.According to the above situation,this paper analyzed on the basis of relevant theories and research,research contents and results are as follows:first,about the present situation of risk management of the construction of the communication engineering industry in our country are analyzed,and emphasize the set up and improve the communication engineering industry the importance of risk management system,and in two different levels of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment method and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)are expounded;Secondly,with A company LTE network project as the background and the LTE network project risk management of A Company as the research object,the risk source and risk characteristics of the project as well as the specific problems existing in the project are analyzed in detail,and the LTE project risk management framework is established,including risk identification,risk assessment and risk response.In the end,respectively from the perspective of subjective information and objective information sources,the integrated use of four methods to carry out the project risk identification,generating project risk identification list,through the risk assessment method,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)project risk assessment,and according to the result of assessment will be carries out a comparative analysis on two kinds of evaluation methods,according to the result of risk assessment for high risk factors,formulate the corresponding risk countermeasure,finally through the enterprise culture construction,to set up the enterprise risk management,emergency plan,improve communication engineering enterprise risk management level.The main contribution of this paper is that,based on the actual situation of the project and combining with the characteristics of the project,it is proposed that the risk management concept should be run through all aspects of the project from the beginning to the end,a risk management framework suitable for communication engineering enterprises is established,and different types of risk management technologies and tools are compared and analyzed.Finally,through the study of this paper,it is hoped that it can play a certain reference significance to the risk management of engineering projects.
