In recent years,cloud computing technology has developed rapidly,and cloud security problems have been significant,and traditional network security is difficult to solve the security demands of cloud tenants.After studying the security resource pool can solve the security in the cloud,many large security vendors have also invested a lot of energy to explore solutions.The security resource pool uses new software-defined security technologies,and there are certain risks in the entire project management cycle from requirements analysis,program involvement,project implementation,and project closure.Therefore,the research on the risk management of the security resource pool project is very important.Based on the theoretical knowledge of risk management,this paper selects the safety resource pool project of W company as the research object,and studies from four aspects of risk management.In the first stage of risk management,34 risk factors of five risk types are identified by brainstorming method,and then 20 key risk factors are obtained by Delphi method,such as demand risk,new technology risk,communication risk,technology protection risk,etc.In the second stage,fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the weight of each risk factor,grade the risk,and formulate countermeasures and monitoring scheme.This research can reference for the risk management of related projects in the company and the industry,the technical protection risks and security risks in the emerging technology fields.It is worthy of attention to avoid some risk problems encountered in project management.
