Petrochemical industry plays an important role in China's development strategy and is a pillar industry in China.The petroleum and petrochemical industry always has high requirements for safety production,and the refining industry has the characteristics of large resource consumption and high waste discharge.With the rapid development of information technology,it is necessary to use the increasingly mature big data technology to contribute to the petroleum and petrochemical industry.However,the application of big data technology in the oil refining and chemical industry is relatively less,as a result,the reference experience is small,so it is necessary to carry out systematic risk management and evaluation of the project.In this paper,firstly,brainstorming method and Delphi method are used for risk identification to determine the project risk list;secondly,the identified risk events are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;then,according to the risk assessment results,the paper puts forward reasonable risk response measures and avoidance means for the construction and application project risk management of refining and chemical device big data platform.I hope this paper can help the risk management of this project,and also provide reference for other similar big data construction projects in the future.
