The iteration cycle of science and technology update is getting shorter and shorter,and it has become a trend that science and technology boost business innovation and development.In recent years,J bank's information system construction process is accelerating,due to poor management lead to delayed projects from time to time.For example,inadequate project research leads to unreasonable plans,and lack of project management tools leads to low implementation efficiency.How to scientifically manage the project schedule has become a prominent problem.J bank's comprehensive financial management platform software development project is a key project to be applied and promoted in the whole province under the background of financial management innovation and strategic transformation.The goal is to provide J bank with a set of one-stop financial service platform from product design,issuance,investment and operation to maturity and to meet the next five-year plan.Taking the software development project of J bank's comprehensive financial management platform as the research object,this paper systematically decomposes the project work through the knowledge of project management,analyzes the reasons for the lag of project progress by using the technical tools of project progress management,and get the solution finally.Optimize project schedule by combining theory with practice,effectively controls the key nodes and strengthens the project schedule guarantee,so as to promote the development of the project Bring the project online on schedule.The first chapter discusses the background,significance,main contents and methods of the progress management of the software development project of J bank's comprehensive financial management platform.The second chapter studies the domestic and foreign literatures related to project schedule management,describes the content and role of schedule management and the related management technologies used,such as the process of project schedule management,including planning schedule management,defining activities,estimating activity resources and duration,arranging activity sequence,making schedule and controlling schedule.The third chapter describes the project from three aspects.The first is to outline the project objectives,project architecture,system functions,etc.;the second is to use project plan management and fishbone chart tools to discuss the status quo of project progress;the third is to analyze the reasons of project schedule lag comprehensively around the project schedule,project organization structure,technical ability and related safeguard measures according to the current situation of project lag.The fourth is to calculate the critical path of the current project and analyze the project schedule lag.The fourth chapter studies the project schedule control and optimization scheme for the reasons of project schedule lag,plans the project milestone,sets the deliverable,sets the dependency relationship between tasks and monitors the project work continuously through Gantt chart,optimizes the project schedule by critical path analysis,takes schedule compression,resource optimization and other technologies to control the progress of each key node and milestone,and jointly promote the completion of the project as planned.The fifth chapter studies the relevant safeguard measures of project schedule management for the problem of schedule lag,and ensures the overall implementation progress of the project by optimizing the systems and measures of project system management,communication management,agreement management,human resource management,cost management and quality assurance.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of this paper.The research of this paper provides a intact project management train of thought for the construction of J bank's financial system.Taking the software development project of comprehensive financial management platform as an example,this paper studies and discusses the whole process of the project building from the perspective of schedule management,seeks some common problems in the comprehensive financial management platform project,and puts forward scientific and reasonable solutions,so as to provide reference and ideas for other project construction in the future.
