Project schedule management is a very important aspect of project management.Its goal is to control project time strictly,improve enterprise construction efficiency,shorten project completion time,reduce project cost,and produce good economic and social benefits.The application of the project schedule management theory in the construction of CATV network engineering is very important,which has the characteristics of tight schedule,resource constraints and relatively complex construction technology.The implementation of project schedule management in the construction of CATV network engineering is not only the need of engineering construction,but also the need of enterprise development.Only by constantly improving the level of project schedule management,CATV network enterprises can gain a firm foothold and develop well in the fierce market competition.How to apply the effective project schedule management theory,select the appropriate project schedule management method and make the reasonable project schedule plan,is the key to achieve the efficient and successful project schedule management.Based on the actual situation of bidirectional transformation project of CATV network in Q city,this paper studies the schedule management of the project.Using the project schedule management method,this paper discusses the dynamic process of the project work breakdown structure,the project activity time estimation,activity resource estimation,network drawing,scheduled plan,scheduled control from the point of view of applicability and operability.The work breakdown structure analysis method is used to decompose the target of the project and decompose the complex project into work packages that can be reported.Three-point estimate method is used to estimate project activity time and update activity list.According to the content of the work breakdown structure,the network diagram of the project is drawn.The critical chain method is used to compile the project schedule,and the project buffer size is calculated by mathematical model.Through Monte Carlo simulation analysis,the project schedule is optimized based on time limit.In the project plan implementation management stage,the project scheduled plan is tracked to form the project report,and the project scheduled plan is summarized and analyzed according to the project report.The correction and dynamic adjustment are carried out in time when the deviation occurs,and the change control of project schedule is carried out.Through the analysis of the specific problems of bidirectional transformation project of CATV Network,the status of project schedule management is understood,the problems existing in the project are found,and the schedule management work in the project is studied.Through the research and specific project participation,the characteristics and targets of the project are found,the countermeasures and measures are sought for the particularity of the project and the weak links of the project,and higher standards are put forward in the scheduled plan and control.Through reasonable allocation of resources on the specific links of the project schedule management and the full use of advanced project schedule management methods,the completion of the project on time with high quality,and the benefits of the project are promoted and the competitiveness of the enterprise has been enhanced.
