Research On Dh Company's Software Development Project A Schedule Management Based On Critical Path

With the rapid development of information technology and the increasing use of software,software project management is also more widely used.Enterprises gradually realize that in the daily operation process,they must implement standardized project management to realize technological and management innovation and improve the competitive advantage of enterprises in the market.Research on the progress management of software development projects,mainly to summarize the current project experience,whether these projects are successful or failed,the analysis is because of the reasons for the project failure,according to the results of the analysis to avoid recurring these situations,improve the software Project development efficiency.In this study,the DH company's software development project A was developed using the critical path method for progress management.The WBS process analysis was first carried out on the project,and then each R&D activity process was analyzed immediately before and after the process,and the network diagram was drawn.The point estimation method calculates objectively the expected time of the project activity,determines the critical path,optimizes and adjusts the critical path through the combination of the table and the diagram,and shortens the construction period as much as possible,optimizes the project schedule,and applies the critical path.The final project duration was shortened by 7 days compared to the original plan.In addition,for the problems of unreasonable construction period estimation,unreasonable resource allocation and unclear responsibility of DH company software development projects,the optimization measures of reasonable estimation period,optimization of organizational structure and incentive team cooperation are proposed.According to the research results,it is concluded that the use of scientific and reasonable project management methods and schedule management measures in software development can make the project manager have a more accurate grasp of the project schedule,and urge the developers to complete the work according to the established schedule to ensure the developers.It is possible to complete work more efficiently,improve customer satisfaction,and ultimately improve the competitiveness of DH company.
