A Company M Project Schedule Management Optimization Research

In the 21st century,China's computer software industry has maintained a rapid growth trend for 20 years,and has become an important supporting force for the development of China's information industry.As the market scale of computer software industry continues to expand,the number of software projects continues to increase,and the problem that software projects cannot be delivered on time becomes more and more obvious.For software projects,the extension of delivery cycle brings the increase of cost,and it will be more difficult for enterprises to survive in the increasingly fierce competition environment.Software enterprises must strengthen project management,improve the ability of project schedule management,and on the basis of ensuring cost and quality,complete and deliver projects as soon as possible to create more value.Company A is A software enterprise,mainly engaged in government affairs system and business system of government,public institutions and large state-owned enterprises.Taking the M project of Company A as an example,this paper analyzes the organizational structure of the project and the status quo of project schedule management,finds out various problems in the process of project execution,optimises the design of M project schedule management,tracks the execution process of M project,and explores the optimization scheme of M project schedule management.This paper starts with the software project life cycle model,analyzes the waterfall model,iterative model and agile model,and makes a reasonable choice of life cycle model for M project.The CPM critical path technology,PERT plan review technology and CCM critical chain method were comprehensively used to optimize the project schedule management.At the same time,from the aspects of strengthening project scope management,project quality management and team building,solutions were found to improve project team enthusiasm,improve software project development efficiency and ensure project execution progress.M project is representative and universal in A company's software projects.The optimization scheme and management measures of M project can be used as A reference for A company to optimize project management,maintain team stability,enhance project team effectiveness and ensure project delivery schedule.
