The automobile multimedia infotainment system integrates audio-visual entertainment,navigation,communication,and safety functions,and has become an indispensable part of the current automobile.The traditional car multimedia entertainment system uses a single core main chip,the amount of information conveyed by the system is small,the video image resolution and refresh rate are low,and the screen picture is monotonous,which can no longer meet the needs of drivers for high-quality,all-round car imaging system.Therefore,how to research and design a higher-performance automotive imaging system that meets the growing market demand is a practical problem currently facing.This subject is based on a software design project of an in-vehicle multimedia imaging system.The subject analyzes the needs of users for the panoramic image function in the automotive multimedia system and the pursuit of large screen and high-definition video display effects.A multi-function system which can process multi-channel video has been proposed and implemented,and it takes FPGA as the core and ARM processor as the supplement.This vehicle multimedia imaging system contains two video data sources,which are the entertainment multimedia interface generated by the host,including GPS navigation,audio and video playback and other auxiliary function menu information,and the panoramic reversing image transmitted by the multi-channel acquisition module.In this project,the Lattice's high-performance FPGA has completed the sending and receiving of LVDS interface signals and the read and write control of external memory DDR3 SDRAM.Hi3521 A platform realizing the four-channel real-time video data's acquisition and coding transmission.The multimedia host sends 7:1 LVDS video data through the Open LDI interface.After the FPGA completes the data reception,it maps the R,G,and B three-channel image data as well as the synchronization signal and the enable signal according to the original timing of the data.The analog image collected by the vehicle-mounted AHD camera module is received by the multi-channel acquisition module with Hi3521 A as the core,and after a series of processing,the RGB888 digital signal is output.Two channels of video data are received through FPGA,and after processing,the picture-in-picture output display of the host interface image and the image collected by the outside world is realized.Through the test and analysis of the system,the actual results show that the design can support one LVDS interface video direct output display,panoramic reversing image and multimedia interface video combined picture-in-picture output display.The video resolution is 1920×1020,the frame rate is 60 fps,and the video screen has no black screens,freezes and flashing.It can operate stably and normally for a long time at an ambient temperature of-40? to 85?,and the system functions and performance meet the design requirements.
