A Company Software Project Risk Management Research

With the continuous development of IT technology,both individuals and enterprises rely on the application of software technology in daily work and life.This also means that there is still a great development space for the development of domestic software projects,but with it,it is the risk that is difficult to avoid in the development of software projects.Therefore,for enterprises,risk identification and response has important significance,making it one of the important work contents in daily operation.The company a selected in this thesis is a company specialized in software development and consulting services.With the development of its scale,the project risk also increases,and a set of perfect risk management methods is needed.The project of the bank agent insurance sales support platform designed by it is the new generation product of its company.Because of its unique characteristics of large scale and complexity,it is necessary to carry out effective risk management for the project to ensure the smooth progress of the project.Based on the reference and consulting of a large number of literature about software project risk management,this thesis studies the actual operation of software projects of company a through field investigation and online questionnaire survey.According to the brainstorming method and expert interview method,the thesis identifies the risks existing in the software projects of company a,and determines that there are five main types of risks facing company A The risk is technical risk,demand risk,human resource risk,quality risk and management risk respectively.Meanwhile,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to evaluate the project risk level.The identification results are demand risk,quality risk and management risk,which are the risk types that need to be dealt with in the software project of company a at present.Finally,combining with the research conclusion,the risk types are carried out In-depth analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,in order to provide decision reference for company a to strengthen project risk management.
