Research On Risk Management Of G Company In Software Development

Software development is full of all kinds of uncertain factors,various aspects of the problem emerge endlessly,failure or failure to achieve the set goal is common.To ensure the realization of development strategy and business objectives,enterprises urgently need to carry out effective risk management for software development.However,due to the weak operability of some risk management theories as well as a lack of understanding about its importance,there are not much software enterprises capable of conducting effective risk management.Therefore,the study on risk management will have vital practical significance to improve the software enterprise management,strengthen its competitiveness and achieve strategic objectives.Based on the domestic and foreign research achievements,this paper analyzes the current status of risk management in G company and finds out its defects.By integrating the theory of enterprise comprehensive risk management and software development risk management,this paper puts forward the model and study on G company's software development comprehensive risk management,identification,evaluation,and response.In the research of risk assessment,we use the risk degree evaluation method to make a qualitative analysis of the risk factors and then use the analytic hierarchy process to quantitatively analyze the influence weight of the risk factors on the overall risk of G company's software development,and combine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to carry out a qualitative and quantitative overall risk appraisal.
