Research On Risk Evaluation Of Data Center Construction Project Of Enterprise A

With the advent of the era of big data,data has become the most important resource.Accordingly,data center,as the core infrastructure of data resource management,has been paid more and more attention.This paper takes the data center construction project of enterprise a as the object,and studies the risk evaluation in the project construction.The main objective is: to build a risk evaluation index system suitable for data center projects,and the risk evaluation method based on the index system,and apply it to the data center project of enterprise a,analyze its main risks,and then put forward targeted control measures.This paper mainly uses WBS work analysis,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to complete the risk evaluation system of data center project.The main content and process include: firstly,the related concepts,construction process and related risks of data center project are analyzed,and based on WBS analysis,combined with the project construction process,the main work and possible risk items are identified and classified,and then the risk index system is constructed.Then the weight of each index is determined by AHP.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to study the value and evaluation method of each index,the risk calculation method and steps,etc.,and the research on the risk evaluation system of data center project is realized.Finally,the evaluation system is applied to the data center project of enterprise a to evaluate the risks of the project construction,and then identify the main risks,and put forward targeted risk control strategies.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)A set of risk evaluation index system is constructed to effectively adapt to the risk management of data center construction projects,which can provide guidance and reference for risk management of similar data center construction projects;(2)A set of project risk assessment method based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)is formed,which can provide methodological support for the research,analysis and application of similar projects;(3)The effectiveness of the risk assessment method of data center construction project discussed in this study is verified through the case verification analysis,and the risk assessment is provided for the data center construction project of enterprise a and the effective evaluation results are obtained.The research results of this paper can provide scientific theoretical basis and practical application support for enterprise and other organizations' data center construction project risk management.
