Pansoft was established in Jinan,Shandong in 2001.Since its establishment,its business has focused on the financial management system of large enterprise groups.Its operating income in 2018 was 368 million yuan.At present,the company has formed three major customer groups:large-scale central enterprises,industry-leading enterprises,and financial and insurance companies,covering the fields of petroleum,petrochemical,construction,real estate,banking,and insurance.This article takes Pansoft as the research object.Through the internal and external environment analysis,this article finds that Pansoft has development opportunities in the external environment,such as national policies,strong market demand,technological progress,and upstream and downstream relationships.At the same time,it also faces talent structure and talents.The cost challenge.As for the internal environment,Pansoft in this article has advantages in technology research and development,product solutions,industry cases,localized services,and teams,but it has disadvantages in scale,high-end talent reserves,and financing channels.Starting from the company's internal and external environment,the overall development goal for the next five years should be to strive to become a leading domestic enterprise management information integrated service provider and a long-term partner trusted by customers.On the one hand,focus on large group strategic customers,steadily enhance the dominant position of the existing large group's strategic customer information market,and strive to expand more large group companies' new customers;on the other hand,focus on capital,finance,and sharing fields,refine and create high-quality products And plans to accelerate the expansion of customers in more industries.In order to achieve its strategic goals,the company should take four major strategic measures.One is to focus on group customers and giving full play to resource advantages.The second is to focus on industry needs and expand future industry fields.The third is to strengthen R&D investment and enhance customer delivery capabilities.Strengthen marketing construction and improve the service network system.In addition,in order to improve the implementation effect of strategic measures,the company should build a strategic guarantee system.The company needs to adjust the organizational structure,improve operational efficiency,strengthen the construction of human resource management system,strengthen the construction and application of technology platforms,and improve financial financing capabilities.
