| In the new century,information management has been a tendency of modern management of the domestic enterprises under the background between industrialize and informatization.Informatization is a new productive which represented by the cultivation and development of the computer-based information tools,and which is beneficial to the social process.The productivity adapted to information tools is called information productivity.Information management is the process of informationization to promote industrialization,and to achieve the modernization of enterprise management,it mix the modern information technology and advanced management concept to change the mode of production,the traditional management,business process,and organization style.Through the reintegration of internal and external resources,it can improve the efficiency and benefit of the enterprise,and also can enhance the competitiveness among the different enterprises.With the rapid development of social economy,many factors such as labor cost,material cost raising that strengthen the competitiveness.As a labor intensive and capital intensive enterprise,the traditional management mode of HD company is not useful for the company's business.In order to achieve the goal of HD company's higher management,HD company launched various kind of information office systems in 2011,such as OA,RTX,SAP,CRM and so on,at the meanwhile,this company upgraded the OA office system in 2016.HD company want to use advanced scientific management technology to optimize the traditional management level,so as to constantly adapt to the new market development status and enhance the overall business efficiency of the company.Based on this,this paper adopts the case study method and takes the current situation in actual work as an example to point out the existing problems in the management of HD company in the past 6 years.The application of information management system in HD company did not achieve these goals,including fast retrieval information,accelerate the transfer of business,sharing data,on the contrary,with the increasingly organizational structure,the use of information systems are restricted by the tree structure link and makes the business process more,simultaneously,cross department cooperation becomes more and more difficult.The approval documents are not only not improved,but also make the approval process more and more complex,many unexpected problems are even more difficult to be solved quickly in a short period of time.In addition,HD company has a self-protection consciousness which is handed down by traditional enterprise management mode.These make HD information management system always exist "empty name without real" state,which has not reflected its truemanagement value.Therefore,according to the existing information management of HD company in the process of problems,the paper put forward that HD company information system resources to enhance the system utilization rate,and reduce the process to human transmission of information,the paper documents;then,HD company should flat the organizational structure,specialize the management.Even though,the most important is that HD company should strengthen the strategy of information consciousness to change the management minds;finally,HD company need to use enough funds and recruit talent in order to improve the information management level.This paper argues that although there are many scheme about enterprise information management at present in China,but every enterprise have different problems in the actual operation process,HD enterprises cannot completely copy the information management method of domestic,but it can draw on the experience of similar cases in order to enhance the information management level in HD company. |
