As the basic national policy of developing the country's increasingly advancing,the optimization of the system of the education in our country,and the government's continued support of private education administration promulgated,our country's private education also started growing.Training industry as the important role of private education,under the support of policy in our country also got further development,in this context,there are more and more small and medium-sized training company began to set up.As more and more training company,the emergence of various training company competition is increasingly fierce.Huayu computer training company as an enterprise of computer education training,continuous development of the computer industry in the current circumstances,also have more and more students,occupy a certain market share in the market.However,the current more and more computer training companies began to appear,so the class training companies in the market also began to constantly challenges,is faced with big and small bottleneck in the development.Based on this,further adjust corporate development strategy,enhance core competitiveness,construction adaptation from the functions of the enterprise differentiation development strategy is of great urgency.By introducing PEST and Porter five forces model,this paper analyzes the macro and micro environment of Huayu computer training company and grasps its development status.Through investigation and data statistics,it is found that the company has narrow marketing channels,lack of distinct brand image,extensive management,follow-up services to be improved.Based on this,in view of these problems,using SWOT quantitative analysis model to determine the enterprise growth development strategy,around this strategy,the company needs to further build a systematic and scientific management team;Strengthen the teaching efficiency of individual teachers;Set up a systematic faculty selection mechanism;Expand the teaching coverage of teachers,enhance the investment of market assets;Expand market recruitment staff.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy,and from the development,talent,market,service,brand development and other aspects of the specific safeguard measures.Through the study of this paper,further enrich the regional small and medium-sized vocational training enterprise development strategy related research,so it has a certain theoretical significance.In addition,through a comprehensive analysis of Huayu Education and Training Company,starting from the theory of enterprise strategic management,this study seeks the direction and strategy suitable for the company's development,so as to help the company adapt to the current market development as soon as possible,and also provide reference for other enterprises in the same industry,which has certain practical significance.
