Group Enterprise Financial Comprehensive Budget Management System Design And Development

With the increasing competitiveness in enterprises, enterprise comprehensive budget management information as an important means of enterprise internal control,is the important condition for building modern enterprise system management, but also improves the core competitiveness of strategic choice. In addition, with the development of group enterprises, listing, merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises, China has formed a large group of companies, comprehensive budget management problems are to be solved. The problem is the enterprise information integration, however in a lot of group enterprises, higher and lower level businesses units see serious mutual shuffle uncoordinated phenomena which affect the healthy development of the whole group enterprise. Enterprise information integration and comprehensive budget management is to realize the group enterprise as the most basic and effective means. How to implement a comprehensive budget under the background of the enterprise information management, information and to enhance the overall competitiveness of the group enterprises becomes an important research subject at present.This article first based on group comprehensive budget research background, the research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, and then it is concluded to study the content and structure of the paper. Secondly, according to the group of the user’s requirements, feasibility of developing this system, the main functions of the system user management, annual budgeting management, project information management, spending class contract management, budget implementation control, comprehensive query budget, and budget statistics are the major seven modules. Then after this, the principle of the system development and overall architecture design is established basing on the Java language, Myeclipse platform, database SQLServer2008, UML technology, J2 EE technology and SSH framework for system development and design. In this paper, the major functions of the system user management, annual budgeting management, project information management, spending class contract management, budget implementation control,comprehensive query budget, budget statistics such as function modules in detail design, especially for the different kinds of database functions are designed for elaborating on the form; Then, through the realization of the system main function,functional testing, performance testing and security testing, it moves forward into a step to verify the application of comprehensive budget management system for group enterprises to bring huge economic benefits and work efficiency of ascension; Finally,based on the system implementation and test results analysis, it puts forward for the requirement of comprehensive budget management system implementation and the existing shortcomings.This article, through the study of the implementation of group comprehensive budget management system, succeeds in the project implementation for other comprehensive budget management system for reference.
