Design And Research On Management Information System In X Group Company

Enterprise group is a critical organization form when the state-owned company is transforming to modern enterprise system nowadays. Group headquarter is core center and hub of the whole enterprise, and whether its control mode, organization structure and process are on the right track affects directly management level and running efficiency of the whole enterprise. X enterprise group is a state-own company, and its group office as the comprehensive management organization is the core center of the whole enterprise, which is the connection of all organizations horizontally and vertically, and makes the cooperation within and outside of the whole enterprise. It has the big responsibilities of stipulating enterprise policies, developing enterprise processes, making strategic decisions for enterprise development, and supervising decision implementation smoothly.With the ongoing development of the group, the enterprise size is bigger and bigger, with streamlining and re-organizing the headquarter day by day. On this condition, a scientific and effective management mechanism and tools are needed for high-effective running of the enterprise. Meantime, enterprise management form and control mode are also adjusted with the development of the enterprise. Facing the fact that parent company and subsidiary company are now implementing the combination management form of strategy control and finance control at present, the comprehensive management also needs to be adjusted and improved in the aspects of organization structure, organization flow, etc. In order to satisfy globalization and information needs, the office has to setup an information system for the whole enterprise information management. It will take the needs of serving strategy control and finance control as the starting point, collect basic data and handle business process data, which provides protection for improving enterprise decision-making ability and service quality.This thesis designs and researches office management system on group headquarter, which is based on X group headquarter strategy management and control and problem analysis on organization structure, on the basic principle of business process, and by following the strategy guidance and best design for headquarter core center and responsibility process. And this paper also analyzes and gives comments on current application platforms, such as collaboration office administration and comprehensive service integration, meanwhile gives blueprint and looks into big data information port system which will be pressed ahead in the following step.
