Journals, has extensive influence and unique charm, loved by readers. In our country, the journal is a special responsibility and a unique market value. Among them, the journals media to fully express the will of the party's ideological, understand public opinion and mobilize the masses of the weapon, with a wide range of social influence, China's journal, even a unique phenomenon with Chinese characteristics and the history of World News. Party Journals are organized by central and regional parties to spread thoughts, theories and political opinion of the Party. They were founded right before the establishment of new China and had some great breakthroughs during development. Nowadays the Party Journals are run by two levels: the central and provincial committees, that is, to categorize as Central Party Journal and Regional Party Journal.How can N Journal company take the initiative to understand, quickly adapt and lead development strategies under a New Media environment, We can learn successful experience from market-driven media, and give a full play to our own strengths in contents, people and resources to search for development breach and practical model. In this way, short and long term goals will be linked to ensure the increases in value of state-own assets and promote the transform, upgrade, merge and development of Party Journals.Based on reviews and analysis of relevant theories, this study firstly use models to analyze internal and external environments of N Journal company from the strategy management angle. The existing problems and future solutions are found, and SWOT is used to build a matrix to summarize the opportunities, threats and internal & external environments of N Journal under New Media environment.The SWOT analysis will be combined with future development goals of N Journal company to come up with strategies and actions in three levels. This is expected to give instructions to future development of N Journal company.This article integrates the practices and relevant management theories of N Journal company to analyze the internal & external environments and some problems in the organization management process. This can provide referential advice to future development of N Journal company. Thus, the study is both profound and prospective.
