Research On The Mobile Service Application Of Yunnan Public Libraries Based On The Benchmarking Analysis

The Benchmarking method is derived from the 1970 s and is still recognized as one of the most useful management tools.It finds the best,compares and analyzes gaps,and constantly improves itself to improve business performance and global competition force.With the passage of time,the scaling method has gradually been paid more attention to in the library field,and it has been increasingly applied to the strategic research and achieved certain results of library.Yunnan Province is located in the frontier,the development of public libraries is relatively backward,and the development of public libraries in the cities of the province is also extremely uneven.In order to better change this situation,we can start from many aspects,conduct research on existing libraries,and propose appropriate improvement methods.Conducted a survey on the mobile services of 17 public libraries in Yunnan Province,and analyzed the status of mobile services in public libraries in Yunnan Province.And using the scaling method,using Shanghai as a benchmark,to find out the gaps in the mobile services of public libraries in Yunnan Province,and then to discuss in depth,through the study of the problem,to find out the current deficiencies of Yunnan libraries in this regard Place,put forward some targeted measures,have a good solution to the existing problems,and strengthen the progress of the library in mobile services on the basis of the basis,so as to become a better platform for knowledge dissemination and sharing,improve National cultural qualities.This paper is divided into 6 parts.Chapter one is the beginning of the paper.It mainly introduces the current environment of Yunnan Library and the current development status.Through the research of experts in relevant fields at home and abroad And practice and the application of the scaling method in the field of diagrams are summarized;the second chapter introduces related concepts to form the theoretical basis of the thesis research;the third chapter authors through the 17 public libraries in Yunnan Province Survey data,summarizes the current status of mobile services in public libraries in the province,and conducts a detailed analysis of the internal and external living conditions of mobile services through the SWOT analysis method,so as to carry out analysis for the fourth chapter using the scaling method Create the premise;Chapter 4 uses the calibration method to take the Shanghai Library as a benchmark,find the gap between the Yunnan Public Library and its source,explore the reasons,and dig into the inadequacies of the mobile service of the Yunnan Public Library Chapter 5 is based on the calibration method,and puts forward Yunnan's development proposals in this regard,hoping to get a solution to the current problems A good solution to accelerate the development of the library in mobile services and achieve better results;Chapter 6 through the above description,make a good summary,make a rough plan for the future development direction,so Conducive to further development research.
