Investigation And Analysis On The Mobile Service Of University Libraries In Henan Province

With the development of the intelligent mobile terminal and the mobile telecom network expand rapidly,the library's sustainable development have to via mobile service of Library which is based on the integration of Library and internet.This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the present situation of the mobile service of University Libraries in Henan province through the methods like online investigation?literature investigation and simulation.This paper is divided into five chapters to describe the present situation of mobile services in universities' s library in Henan province.Chapter one is introduction : This chapter describes the background and significance of the title,introduce the mobile services situation through the study at home and abroad.Summarize the methods and innovations of this paper.In part of foreign review consist of three research periods of "move" significance;the review of domestic research contain four aspects : the theoretical research on the concept of service?the research of service quality?the research on the service mode and the summarized investigation.The second chapter is about the concept of Library mobile service.First of all,this paper expounds the concept of the library mobile service and the mobile library and library micro-service,finds out the similarities and differences of the concept of the library and then summarizes the author's opinion of the library mobile service.The third chapter is about the survey of the current situation of the mobile service of University Libraries in Henan province including service platform and service project.The fourth chapter is about the problems and countermeasure in the process of Henan University Library mobile services.Through the survey of University Libraries in Henan province has exposed some problems,for instant,the user number is too small,the roughly service project,the service can not match users' requires.Summarized those aspects as own management aspect,service projectaspect,user-self aspect and so on.Aiming at the problems existing in the mobile service,the paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem.The fifth chapter is conclusion.Through the investigation,author fill the Henan University Library mobile service development with confidence.
