In the new era of digital transformation,cloud computing and global delivery,mobile Internet,big data,all things in the ascendant,IT technology is becoming a powerful booster business.More and more enterprises have become the digital transformation of the explorers and practitioners,the urgent need for the application driven,flexible expansion,rapid deployment and security of the new IT architecture,in order to adapt to the rapidly changing and expanding the scale of business.Stable,reliable and safe computer network plays a fundamental role in the company's business operations.In order to ensure the normal and orderly conduct the business of the company,achieve the company's business objectives,the company must be stable and efficient enterprise information system construction,to improve office efficiency and facilitate the exchange of information,reduce the cost of information.The construction of the company information system needs the support of high speed and smooth network environment.In this article,project management and schedule management based on the theory of modern office building,YF network integration project as an example,combined with the characteristics of the network integration project,puts forward the methods and measures to control the project schedule,provide guidance for the construction of the project in accordance with the established time to complete the main research contents are as follows:(1)This article introduces the related theory and management methods of critical path method,project planning review technology and critical chain project management,and summarizes how to determine critical chain and set buffer area.(2)This paper introduces the related theory and management methods of critical path method,project planning review technology and critical chain project management,and summarizes how to determine critical chain and set buffer area.Based on the domestic and foreign key chain project management research,introduction and Analysis on the features of the network integration of the whole project,the practical research on the critical chain project management is applied in network integration project,put forward problems and improvement methods.(3)The impact of human resources allocation of YF building network integration project is huge,restructuring team by the joint working group,centralized office can reduce communication costs and enhance coordination efforts,reduce unnecessary interference,improve the overall efficiency.Through the research of this topic,try to apply the critical chain project management to the schedule management of YF building office network integration project,record the actual application effect,all of the works lay the foundation for the overall promotion of the schedule technology for similar projects in the future.
