The Progress Management Research Of WIFI Integration In Company N Network Management Based On Critical Chain

Based on the rapid development of the world economy,the network communication service has developed rapidly.In the current society,we live in a society with communication industry as the infrastructure.Shopping on the Internet,video on demand and mobile phone applications which we use are inseparable from the communication industry.After decades of development,communication service has been applied more and more mature and widely in the society.Its development has greatly affected people's living habits and working methods.And many enterprises have realized the importance of project schedule management,and it is started to be widely used in various industries,which can effectively ensure the timely completion of enterprise projects.The goal of schedule management is to achieve all the requirements of the project to complete the project according to the agreed time and plan.An effective schedule management plan is the key to the success of the project.As a supplier of network communication equipment,company N has also developed rapidly in the period,the company's comprehensive technical strength has ranked the top in the world.However,in recent years,company N often has the problem of project progress delay,and the main reason of project delay of company N comes from the improper project progress management method.Project schedule management is the core part of project management,and it is directly related to whether the project can be completed on schedule.Project schedule management includes schedule planning and schedule control.This paper systematically introduces the status of project schedule management methods at home and abroad and some theoretical basis,it also analyzes the shortcomings and limitations of some traditional project schedule management methods.According to the shortcomings and limitations,the project schedule management method based on the critical chain technology is introduced.As a scientific and comprehensive project schedule management technology,the critical chain not only considers the resource constraints in the project,but also the influence of human factors in the project schedule,and it can avoid the defects in the traditional project schedule management.At the same time,the uncertainties which are encountered in the process of project execution are also considered,and it can reduce the impact of uncertainties on project schedule through project buffer,so the critical chain is widely applied in project schedule management.This paper mainly studied how to use the project schedule management method of the critical chain in the WiFi integration project of company N,conducted scientific schedule management in combination with resource constraints in the project,and carried out research from the aspects of project schedule planning and schedule control,specifically studied how to develop project schedule plan and schedule control with critical chain method.Finally,the WiFi integration project of company N was successfully completed as schedule planning,and the project goal was also achieved.
