Group Customer Hotline is based on its strong CMNET data network,using access network and transmission network resources,the use of fixed-line mode(XDSL,fiber-optic broadband network,LMDS,3.5G microwave transmission,2.4G wireless LAN,etc.)Group users with dedicated access,enabling corporate customers to enjoy high-quality communications solutions for a variety of services and information technology services.With the highspeed growth of data transmission,banking accuracy,and higher system security requirements,build a highly reliable,secure,efficient banking proprietary data network is an inevitable need.In the group of Group Customer Hotline projects,often faced with lack of health resources,process lengthy,technical barriers,coordination problems.If we can analysisandsettle these problems,will greatly enhance the competitiveness of the project.This paper outlines the basic theory of Project Management on the Construction Bank Group Line project background,sorting project definition,plan the activity time,plan the schedule andcontrol angle,etc.,using the critical chain technology analysis,project thepossible problem andproposed the corresponding countermeasures,the last of China Construction Bank Group Line project schedule management summary and outlook.By the operators to provide management experience and technical reference in Line construction,similar to the relevant full-service project play a guiding role in the construction of Bank Group Line project schedule management research.
