Construction of communication engineering project is becoming more and more important with the spurt growth of the communication industry and increasing market competition.It makes the scientificity and practicality of schedules formulation,optimization of process activities,improvement of the implementation efficiency,reduction of conflicts and risks become a significant issue to be solved in the construction of communication engineering projects.This thesis studies and analyzes the project schedule management theory based on the Critical Chain Project Management method.It takes the H communication project as the research object to explores the optimization solution under the condition of limited resources.During the process of research,this thesis optimizes and perfects the existing project schedule by proposing a new method based on Critical Chain time estimation and introducing the comprehensive coefficient rule to calculate the Critical Chain buffer.In this thesis,the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to simulate the accomplishment of the project schedule and the completion probability within the project period,and to verify the feasibility and superiority of the project schedule that based on the Critical Chain method.The application case analysis and simulation results indicate that the project schedule management which based on the Critical Chain method by using optimistic process time estimation,resource optimization and buffers setting do solve the problems of project delay effectively.By applying the Critical Chain Project Management theory to the field of communication engineering projects,this thesis has great guiding significance for communication enterprises to improve project management capabilities and obtain sustainable competitive advantages.It also provides a new research perspective and reference for the application of Critical Chain Method in communication engineering project management.
