| The software development project in the field of financial leasing is different from other system development projects,it has less experience and strict requirements for completion time.Whether the financing leasing system project can be completed and submit the result as scheduled that become an important subject of project management.The paper researches on tongsheng finance lease system software developmentproject schedule management which the period is tight and the demand is easy to change,and the paper implements the project progress management process.Through the research of the paper,it can better comb the theory of project progress management and the combination of practice process,propose a more practical and creative scheduling management solution for the tight,lack of experience of software development projects.This paper is based on the tongsheng finance lease system software development project,reviews the research status of domestic and foreign project progress management through literature,understands the status of the project with investigation,researches on schedule management for the characteristics of tight schedule and easy change of demand,implements project schedule management process.The paper uses WBS,Gantt chart,CPM,critical chain and network planning technology to defines,sorts,and estimates duration of activity,prepares schedule.And the paper analyzes the factors that affect the progress of the project,uses network planning technology and critical chain to optimize the progress plan,and uses the progress management information tool for progress monitoring and management,ensures the project can be completed on time.In this paper,the preparation,optimization and schedule control is explored,which are applied in the finance lease systemsoftware development project.The paper summarizes the relevant schedule management experience.It can be used for reference in the progress management of related software development projects. |
