Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Willingness To Adopt The General Contracting Model From The Perspective Of The Owner

With its overall advantages in design,procurement and construction,EPC mode has been widely recognized and adopted by the construction industry at home and abroad,and has become the mainstream trend in the field of development and contracting in the construction market.However,the traditional mode of organization and implementation of the separation of design and construction is deeply rooted in our country,and the promotion of the general contracting mode is not very smooth.As the initiator of the general contracting mode,the owner is the driving force to promote its development.In this context,this dissertation starts from the perspective of the owner,which is the key role in promoting the development of the general contracting model,analyzes the influence mechanism of the owner’s willingness to adopt the general contracting mode of the project,and constructs an impact path diagram,and analyzes the general contracting mode through empirical analysis.The influence path and degree of influence of the willingness to be adopted.This dissertation first summarizes the general contracting model of the project,defines related concepts,and introduces the main research methods: the interpretation structure model method and the structure equation model method;then through literature analysis and combined with market development The status quo,constructing the main contracting mode of the owner’s perspective,the general contracting mode is used to influence the factors index system;Then,the interpretive structure model(ISM)is used to calculate the first level factors that affect the adoption intention of EPC mode,and the hierarchical relationship between the first level factors is determined;finally based on the hierarchical relationship diagram obtained by the explanation structure model,the hypothesis model in the structural equation model is constructed,that is,the theoretical model of the project general contracting mode uses the theoretical model of the factors,and based on this Make a research assumption.Through the questionnaire survey,the engineering general contracting mode is an empirical data used to use the willingness,and according to this,the general contracting mode of the owner’s perspective is combined and corrected.The impact path and the degree of influence of adoption will.The results show:(1)In terms of influence path,the key path of the general contracting mode of the owner’s perspective is obtained:Government Policy→Market Environment→Using Willing,Project Characteristics→Economic Benefits→Adopt Wishes,General Contractor Ability→Economic Benefits The government policy factors have the largest degree,the total effect value is 0.307;the level of the market environmental factors is the smallest,the total effect value is only 0.206;(3)In terms of influencing factors,the comprehensiveness of the contract regulations in government policy factors The willingness is large;in the project characteristics,the project technology complexity has a greater degree of impact on the use of the wishes;the cost of the project in the economic benefit factor is large,the general contracting capacity factor is the willingness to use the will The degree of influence is large;the level of human resources in the owner’s ability to adopt the wishes of the owner’s ability;the implementation of the propulsive measures in the market environmental factors have a greater degree of implication.Based on the above research results,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three levels of government policy,market environment,and construction companies(Owner and general contracting company),and guide the owners of the engineering construction industry to actively adopt the general contracting model of the project.
