Research On The Influencing Factors And Mechanism Of Engineering General Contracting Enterprises Under The Background Of Industry Transformation

With the deepening of the supply-side structural reform,China's construction industry is in an important period of transformation from "extensive" to "intensive".Under the guidance and drive of a series of policies,China's construction industry has developed rapidly in terms of assembly,integration of design and construction,green building and informatization.The delivery of prefabricated buildings has a systematic nature and relies on the collaborative nature of different professionals throughout the building design and construction process.Project general contracting can avoid the separation between owners,design institutes and construction units caused by the traditional construction delivery mode,thus promoting the development of China's construction industrialization.At the same time,China's rapid urbanization has increased the need to reduce building energy consumption and air pollution.Project general contracting is conducive to the overall planning of resources from the perspective of the project to achieve efficient utilization,the development of project general contracting has become an important guarantee to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.In this context,general contracting has gradually become the mainstream model of China's project production organization and the entry point of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Therefore,under the background of The Times,the general contracting enterprises must have a clear understanding of the enterprise capacity structure and internal mechanism,comprehensively improve the enterprise capacity,and then promote the transformation and development of the construction industry.Under the background of construction industry transformation,this thesis,from the perspective of general contracting enterprises,determines the key factors affecting the ability of enterprises,and analyzes the internal mechanism and importance of the factors affecting the ability.On this basis,the thesis puts forward the ways to improve the capability of the general contractors developed by different types.Firstly,through regression and sorting out relevant literature on general contracting,combined with the development status of China's construction industry,this thesis expounds the connotation of general contracting and the definition of general project contractors,introduces the value chain theory and soft power theory,and defines the capacity of general project contractors based on the whole-life cycle.Secondly,clear the whole life cycle value chain on the basis of the capability of the general contractor,the two rounds of literature review and expert interview method,the combination of screening and tease out 15 industries transformation under the background of the key capability of the general contractor enterprise factors,divided into business capability influencing factors,auxiliary capability influencing factors and soft power influencing factors,business capabilities including financing capability,green construction capability,etc,auxiliary capability including information technology application level,organization and management level,etc.,the soft power including enterprise culture,social influence,etc.An analysis model of the influencing factors of the general contractor capability was established,and the interaction relationship of the influencing factors was determined by the interpretation structure model(ISM).The dependent power and driving power of the influencing factors were analyzed,and the MICMAC chart was drawn,in which the enterprise culture was located at the lower level of ISM and had the highest driving force.The ISM hierarchy structure was introduced into the Network Analytic Hierarchy Process(ANP),and the importance of influencing factors was analyzed and ranked.The financing capability,project management capability and green construction capability were more weighted.Finally,with the capability influencing factors as the breakthrough point,combined with the actual development of China's general contractors,this thesis puts forward measures to strengthen the core technology capability of contractors,improve the capability of capital operation,and so on,so as to provide technical and management solutions for promoting the development of general contracting.
