Under The General Contracting Mode The Satisfaction Evaluation Of Project Owners Study

With the advancement of our country urbanization construction,the construction industry obtained the rapid development of our country,more and more big volume of the project,the project owners of construction general contracting enterprise of construction and management service ability is becoming more and more strict,the competition between construction general contracting enterprises are increasing.More and more construction general contracting enterprises begin to pay close attention to the satisfaction of the project owner,in order to reduce the project owners complain that increase the project owner satisfaction,sets up the good brand image,establishment of evaluation model,to enhance its market competitiveness.However,there is less research on the satisfaction of the project owners,and the form of questionnaire survey is adopted,and there is no perfect evaluation system of owner satisfaction.Therefore,how to build the satisfaction evaluation system of owners' satisfaction is an urgent problem to be solved.Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant theories of customer satisfaction,defines the concept of owner satisfaction,and makes a comparative analysis on the existing customer satisfaction index model.Then widely consult literature and combined with the actual research,on the basis of starting from the requirements of the project owner analyzed the construction general contracting mode project owner satisfaction influencing factors,and from the owner in advance,owner enterprise image,perceived quality,and perceived value of the owner and the owner complain about five aspects to build the construction general contracting mode project owner satisfaction evaluation index system,combining extension evaluation method to establish the owner satisfaction evaluation model based on extension evaluation method to implement the comprehensive evaluation of the project owner satisfaction,identify the owner satisfaction rating.Finally,with a practical engineering case to set up the owner satisfaction evaluation model based on extension evaluation method has carried on the application,and the evaluation results has made the detailed analysis,put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.In this paper,by constructing the construction general contracting mode project owner satisfaction evaluation index system and establish the owner satisfaction evaluation model based on extension evaluation method,finally realizes the evaluation for the project owner's satisfaction.The research results of this thesis have certain reference value to the construction project owners' satisfaction evaluation,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.
