Analysis Of Factors Influencing The Development Of EPC General Contract Management Mode In China

EPC general contracting mode is an international common management mode,which has been recognized and applied by more and more owners because it meets the requirements of high efficiency and maintenance of the fundamental interests of construction units in the construction field.Compared with the traditional project contracting mode,EPC project general contracting mode has great advantages in cost,time limit,construction efficiency and management mode.In addition,China’s construction industry has been developing for a long time in the mode of separation of design and construction.Although some achievements have been made in this mode,compared with other countries,the overall work efficiency is low,which can no longer meet the objective requirements of China’s construction industry.This article is based on the analysis of existing EPC general contracting mode in our country at present,draw lessons from the practice of developed countries engineering general contracting characteristics,of EPC general contracting mode in our country industry development present situation,through the case study,literature induction and similar tease out the factors affecting the development of EPC general contracting mode in our country,using the intuitionistic fuzzy hierarchy analysis-the entropy weight method and the CRITIC assignment method for calculation,expert questionnaire results according to the weight put forward the corresponding policy,at last,through case analysis,the practice of the proposed solution to the argument.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Briefly introduced the concept of EPC general contract management mode,and summarized the industrial development status of EPC general contract management mode in developed countries and China through literature.(2)Through the literature analysis and induction method and the development situation analysis of EPC general contract management mode at home and abroad,the influencing factors are divided into five categories of 16 according to the implementation of EPC project,and the principles and calculation steps of intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight method and CRITIC valuation method are introduced to provide a basis for model analysis.(3)Based on 16 influencing factors,the author conducted expert investigation and interviews,designed survey questions and assigned values to influencing factors,and used intuitive analytic hierarchy process(ahp)-entropy weight method and CRITIC evaluation method for data processing,so as to obtain the final weight ranking of influencing factors and the main influencing factors.(4)According to the main influencing factors,this paper puts forward the reform direction and method of China’s EPC general contracting mode,and provides targeted opinions for the government and construction enterprises.This paper uses intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(ahp)-entropy weight method and CRITIC valuation method to evaluate the weight of factors affecting the EPC general contracting mode in China,finds out the main factors affecting the development of EPC general contracting mode in China,and proposes the corresponding improvement methods.Based on the case of standard factory building in H city economic development zone,the theoretical scheme is applied in practice,and some Suggestions are put forward for the development of EPC general contracting mode in China.
