Research On The Macro Influencing Factors Adopted In The General Contracting Mode Of My Country

With the continuous improvement of the project general contracting management model,implementation process and related policies,the project general contracting model has become an inevitable trend in the development of my country’s engineering construction international economic integration.However,its quality and speed still lag behind that of developed countries.Moreover,due to the lack of motivation in the industry,the development of the general contracting model of the project has a path dependence phenomenon.Existing studies generally regard micro-owner demand as the primary factor in the adoption of the general contracting model of the project,ignoring the promotion of the macro-environmental factor to the general contracting model of the project.In view of this,this article first identifies the macro factors that affect the adoption of the general contracting model through literature review and theoretical basis,and obtains three main factors that affect the adoption of the general contracting model,including policy intensity,economic level,and social trust;,Collecting panel data for the measurement indicators,verifying the correlation and degree of influence between the variables through descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,providing a basis for multi-factor research;finally,using qualitative comparative analysis To explore the influence of the combination of supply-oriented policy intensity,demand-oriented policy intensity,environmental policy intensity,regional economic level,construction industry development level,provincial enterprise trust level,and provincial personal trust level on the adoption of the general contracting model.The conclusions of the study show that there are four types of path combinations that influence the adoption of the general contracting model.They are:(1)highintensity three types of policy texts * high level of economic development * low level of provincial personal trust level;(2)high Three types of policy texts with high intensity * high level of economic development * high level of provincial enterprise trust level;(3)three types of low intensity policy texts * high level of economic development * low provincial personal trust Level * High level of provincial enterprise trust level;(4)High-intensity supply and environmental policy * Low-intensity demand-oriented policy * High level of economic development * Low level of provincial personal trust * High level of provincial enterprise Trust level.This study uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to study the combination of factors that affect the adoption of the general contracting model of the project,which is helpful to solve the "eggs intergrowth" dilemma in the development of the general contracting model of the project,and not only makes up for the macroscopic research on the adoption of the general contracting model of the project It also provides an explanation for the reasons for the regional differences in the implementation of the general contracting model in my country,which will help to achieve the rapid and healthy development of the general contracting model in China.
