Research On The Risk Management And Control Of The Owner Of Bridge Construction Project Under The General Contracting Mode

Large-scale bridge project has large investment,long construction period and many participants.There are many uncertain factors in the whole life cycle of the project,which constitute various risks.If we do not strengthen the control of these risks,it will lead to the failure of project construction.As one of the main investors of bridge engineering projects,the owner is the beneficiary of the success of bridge engineering projects and the ultimate bearer of risks.Because the construction of bridge project needs a lot of funds,and the construction links are complexes,the construction of the project needs not only multi-party participation,but also the general contracting mode,which has a certain effect on the project management.However,the owner of the bridge project under the general contracting mode also faces many risks,including preliminary design risk,financial management risk,contract management risk,operation risk,project participants' non-responsibility risk,owner's work dislocation risk,force majeure risk and so on.The existence of these risks greatly threatens the smooth construction of the bridge project.In view of this,this paper will take Conghua Bridge as an example to analyze the risk management and control problems of the owner of the general contracting project of bridge construction project,and evaluate the risk factors on the basis of identifying the risk factors of the project.Finally,combining with the actual situation of the project,this paper puts forward several targeted risk management and control countermeasures,including risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk mitigation and comprehensive response measures and so on.The atmosphere of this study is as follows: the first part is an introduction,mainly introducing the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research contents and methods;the second part is an overview of relevant theories,mainly elaborating the concept and classification of the general contracting mode,the characteristics and risks of the owner of the general contracting project,the characteristics and risks of bridge projects,and the related theories and methods of risk management.The third part is the analysis of the problems existing in the owner's risk management and control of the general contracting project of bridge construction,pointing out the importance of the owner's risk management first,then analyzing the problems existing in the risk management and control,and putting forward solutions based on the analysis of the reasons;the fourth part is the owner's risk of the general contracting project of bridge construction.The Countermeasures of management and control include the foundation of the owner's risk control list,the establishment of the owner's risk management and control list of the general contractingproject of bridge construction,and put forward several pertinent management and control methods.The fifth part is the case analysis of the owner's risk evaluation of the general contracting project of bridge engineering,taking Conghua Bridge as an example,carries on the case analysis,evaluates its risk and puts forward the wind.Risk transfer,risk mitigation and risk response strategies.The last part is the conclusion and outlook.It mainly summarizes the viewpoints of this paper,points out the shortcomings of this study,and looks forward to the future research direction.It is hoped that this study can provide guidance for Conghua Bridge project to control the owner's risk,so as to promote the smooth implementation of the project.
