Research On The Key Quality Influencing Factors Of Project General Contracting Project Based On Interpretative Structural Modeling

In recent years,the project general contracting mode has developed rapidly in China’s construction market and has become one of the mainstream modes of China’s construction.However,in the process of specific project implementation,its quality control is confronted with many contradictions and difficulties.It is helpful to solve these problems by exploring its quality influencing factors and finding out the root causes affecting project quality.Therefore,based on the interpretive structure model,this study analyzes the quality influencing factors and their mutual influencing relations of the project general contracting project from the macro,middle and micro perspectives,and constructs the quality chain model of the project general contracting project.Through the analysis of MICMAC,the dependence and driving force of each influencing factor were clarified,and the key quality influencing factors with strong driving force were obtained.Combined with several typical cases of general project contracting,the model is verified,and Suggestions and countermeasures for quality control of key quality influencing factors are given.In order to improve the quality of the project,enhance the quality control of project participants to provide a reference.In this study,the project general contracting mode at home and abroad is studied in combination with the literature to understand the advantages of the project general contracting mode.To study the status quo of quality control of project general contracting projects,and to understand the importance of key quality influencing factors.Based on the literature research on the theory of quality chain management and the method of explanatory structure model,the feasibility of constructing the quality chain model of general contracting project through the theory of quality chain management and the method of explanatory structure model is clarified.It lays a solid theoretical and methodological foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,based on the literature research method,the quality influencing factors of the project general contracting project are collected,and based on the experience of the experts involved in the project general contracting project,the quality influencing factors are revised and supplemented,and the relationship between the two factors is determined,so as to clarify the interaction between the quality influencing factors and obtain the adjacency matrix.Then,the reachable matrix was calculated by MATLAB software to obtain the reachable set and the first set,and the hierarchy of quality influencing factors was divided.Then,build the quality chain model of project general contracting project and analyze the model with MICMAC.According to the function of quality influencing factors in the model,the factors are divided into direct influencing factors,indirect influencing factors and fundamental influencing factors.Human material machine test(5M),construction period cost,information communication and acceptance are direct influencing factors,which are the result of the comprehensive action of all influencing factors.The behavior of the construction unit,the implementation mode of the project general contracting project,the organization and management ability of the project general contracting project,the responsibility of the supervision,examination and testing unit,and the environment are indirect influencing factors.Social atmosphere,the degree of perfection of laws and regulations,the responsibilities of engineering quality supervision departments,and the degree of construction market regulation are fundamental influencing factors,which are located at the starting point of each transmission path and the source of each influencing factor.Finally,the project implementation of three typical cases was investigated and analyzed,and the quality chain model of project general contracting project was verified in combination with problems or highlights of quality control in project quality control.Suggestions and countermeasures for quality control of project general contracting project were summarized based on the key quality influencing factors identified in the model.As to speed up the integrity of the quality system construction,improve the relevant laws,regulations and policies of the general contractor,improve market standardization degree of the general contractor,the innovation way of engineering quality supervision departments of supervision,regulating the behavior of the construction unit itself,improve the construction unit project management ability and standard mode of the complex to implement,promote overall contracting organization and management ability,promote the whole process of consulting,etc.In order to improve the project general contracting project quality control difficulties,improve and enhance the project general contracting units,construction units,supervision units,engineering quality supervision departments quality control ability.
