Research On The Countermeasures Of Rural River Water Pollution Control Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

During the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which focuses on developing rural economy and protecting rural ecology.In rural ecology,the treatment of rural river water pollution is one of the weakest links in rural ecological protection.Therefore,the problem of river water pollution is the most prominent among many rural ecological problems.It is urgent to treat rural river water pollution.Based on this,this article attempts to study rural river water pollution control from the perspective of rural revitalization strategy,hoping to find a new direction for rural river water pollution control under the guidance of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the literature research method,research method and qualitative analysis method,the article analyzes the current situation of rural river water pollution in JA Town and the main methods of river water pollution control under the rural revitalization strategy.Through analysis,it is found that there are still insufficient construction of rural sewage treatment facilities in the treatment of river water pollution in JA Town,many and complex pollution sources along the river,which are difficult to eliminate in the short term,the effectiveness of river water pollution treatment cannot be maintained,sanitary habits are not good,and lifestyle changes are relatively serious.The problem of slowness and single governance methods.The main causes of the above problems are insufficient pollution control funds,uneven regional governance effects,conflicts between economic development and environmental governance,river water pollution control has not become a long-term work,pollution control has a single subject,and it has not actively promoted the transformation of rural lifestyles.Insufficient promotion of pollution control technologies.Based on the requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,under the background of rural revitalization,the treatment of river water pollution in JA Township should follow scientific planning,gradually treat water and land simultaneously,comprehensively treat,adjust measures to local conditions,classified management,virtuous cycle,and long-term governance principles,starting from the establishment of pollution control The fund guarantee system,the promotion of rural industry transformation,the improvement of farmers’environmental awareness,the establishment of a pollution trading system,and theestablishment of a support system around the "river chief system" will gradually advance the pollution control of rural rivers and communities to implement the rural revitalization strategy.Provide a solid ecological environment foundation.
