Research On The Construction Of Jilin Province Rural Ecological Civilization Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

On the one hand,the rapid economic development in China has generally improved the quality of people’s living standards,but on the other hand,it has also caused increasingly serious ecological and environmental problems.At present,the contradiction between man and nature is intensifying,and the negative impact of ecological environment on China’s economic and social development is becoming more and more obvious,such as smog,sandstorm,soil erosion and so on.These problems are more serious in rural areas.Therefore,improving the rural ecological environment and promoting the construction of rural ecological civilization have become key issues related to China’s sustainable development and rural revitalization.In the report of the19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China Soul clearly put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,and proposed to build a new pattern of rural development with "prosperous industry,ecological livability,civilized rural style,effective governance and rich life",in which ecological livability is the key and the prerequisite for all development.Therefore,vigorously promoting the construction of rural ecological civilization is of great significance for accelerating the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and building a beautiful China.Based on Marxist ecological thought and the actual situation of rural ecological civilization construction in Jilin Province,this paper explores the development path of rural ecological civilization construction in Jilin Province under the background of rural revitalization strategy by adopting various research methods such as case analysis,questionnaire and field investigation.This study starts with the research background,significance,and current research status at home and abroad.By analyzing the macro and academic background,the relevant concepts,theoretical basis,and logical relationship between rural revitalization and rural ecological civilization construction in this paper are studied.The core concepts such as rural revitalization strategy and rural ecological civilization construction are organized.At the same time,we will sort out and clarify the theoretical basis for the Marxist ecological civilization thought and the relevant theories of Marxist sinicization.During the research process,four counties in Jilin Province were surveyed and analyzed through questionnaires,visits,and on-site visits.The survey questionnaire data reflected the problems of poor awareness,incomplete systems,and the need to improve the living environment in the construction of rural ecological civilization in Jilin Province,and the reasons were analyzed.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are provided from the government level,social level,and individual farmer level,in order to achieve targeted improvement of the level of ecological civilization construction in rural areas of Jilin Province and contribute to the rural revitalization of Jilin Province.
