Research On Rural Environmental Pollution Control Under The Background Of Rural Rejuvenation Strategy

Ecological environment is an important basis for economic and social development,and the construction of ecological civilization is a long-term plan for the well-being of the people and the future of the nation.In recent years,with the accelerating of urbanization and the construction of new socialist countryside steadily push forward,our country rural economy get fast development,the farmers’ material life level unceasing enhancement,but the rural environment pollution is increasingly outstanding,become an important bottleneck of the sustainable and healthy development of rural economy and society.The performance of environmental pollution control in rural areas is related to the rural social harmony and stability,and ultimately affect the realization of the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The communist party of China has put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which has launched the "starting gun" of rural environmental governance in the next five years,and raised higher goals and requirements for rural environmental pollution control.Based on the historical background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper conducts an in-depth study and analysis of the current rural environmental status,measures,results and existing problems of C town,S county,henan province by focusing on the severe situation of rural environmental pollution and the policy opportunities brought about by the strategy of rural environmental revitalization.Finally,from the perspective of the government’s public management function and comprehensive rural environmental governance,the paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening rural environmental pollution governance from five aspects,including improving the overall planning for the construction of towns and villages,gradually establishing and improving the long-term mechanism for rural environmental pollution control,increasing policy funding support,improving the establishment of grass-roots government institutions by environmental protection departments,and building a new pattern of joint governance and sharing of rural environmental governance,so as to provide decision-making support for government departments to formulate more scientific and effective rural environmental pollution control policies.In the history of the country revitalization strategy,the study of rural environmental pollution has a certain history and time significance to improve the science and efficiency of the environmental pollution of rural environment,to promote the sustainable health of the rural economy,to achieve the great goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
