Research On Chifeng City's Resources And Environment Carrying Capacity Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As China's economic development level has maintained rapid growth for many years,the improvement of productivity and the rapid development of science have promoted the progress of human society on the one hand,but on the other hand,it has caused rapid population growth,gradual poverty of resources,and ecological damage.Therefore,the restriction of environmental bearing and resource supply has shown a trend that in turn restricts the sustainable development of the social economy,and the relationship between economy and resources is becoming increasingly tense.Research on the carrying capacity of resources and environment is an important means to alleviate the above-mentioned contradictions by rationally allocating and using resources,improving resource utilization efficiency,improving agricultural production infrastructure,and improving the production and living conditions of farmers.It is also an important platform for rural revitalization.As an upgraded version of "new rural construction",the rural revitalization strategy has new requirements that are highly compatible with the connotation and extension of resource and environmental carrying capacity.Therefore,carrying out research on resources and environmental carrying capacity in the context of rural revitalization is of great significance for promoting the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,delineating and strictly observing the ecological red line.Chifeng City is the city with the largest population in southeastern Mongolia in our country,and it is a typical northern agricultural-herding zone.The poor population is relatively concentrated here,ecological damage,soil erosion,and grassland degradation are all much higher than the national average.Resource endowments vary greatly from region to region,and resource carrying conditions are also uneven.In this study,Chifeng City is used as a research area.For a more comprehensive analysis of current resources and carrying capacity,based on the collected data and statistical yearbook data,a Resource and Environment Carrying Capacity Index System evaluation in Chifeng in 2018 was constructed.At the same time,based on the scientificity,availability of data acquisition,and the comprehensiveness and comprehensiveness of evaluation,This article establishes a comprehensive assessment element layer of resources and carrying capacity from three aspects,namely,natural resources,ecological environment,and socio-economic development.On this basis,the indicators are first filtered to extract a few indicators that can reflect most of the information,and then the weights of the principal components extracted in SPSS are calculated by the weighting method.Finally,get Chifeng in 2018 using a comprehensive valuation model.Comprehensive score on each county's resources and ability to carry the environment,and the results are sorted and analyzed.The reason is that Chifeng City's resources,environment,and social economy provide more reasonable suggestions.The main contents and conclusions of this experiment are as follows:According to the classification and assignment of the comprehensive values,it was found that the comprehensive values of the socio-economic factors and the natural resource factors of the Red Mountain District,Yuanbao Mountain District,and Karaqin Banner were all too large,resulting in large environmental bearing pressures,and their comprehensive values were all greater than 6;The comprehensive values of eco-environmental factors and socio-economic factors of Balinzuo Banner and Ningcheng County are relatively large,resulting in greater environmental bearing pressure in the region,while the environmental bearing pressures of Alu Kerqin Banner and Aohan Banner are medium;Balinyou Banner,Linxi County and Wengniute Banner have less pressure on the carrying capacity of resources and environment,and Keshiketeng Banner has less pressure on carrying the resources and environment.
