Based on the fundamental principle of "One Country,Two Systems",to help optimize the development of the "One Belt and One Road",deepen cooperation between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and create a world-class innovative comprehensive bay area is an important strategy for my country to implement emancipation,reform and opening up,and scientific development.By optimizing the high-quality development of the resources and environment of the "9+2" urban agglomeration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it will not only help deepen the sustainable economic and social development of Hong Kong,Macau and Guangdong,but will also help drive the industry in the entire Pan-Pearl River Delta region.The optimization and upgrade of my country's industrial globalization value chain status.The research of this subject is not only conducive to enriching the theory of sustainable development,but also providing reference materials for the evaluation of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of related urban agglomerations,and is more conducive to promoting the innovative development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to the domestic and internationally leading bay areas The urban agglomeration is moving forward.The urbanization rate,economic activity,degree of opening to the outside world,and the depth of integration with other cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area are far higher than those of other urban agglomerations in my country,and it is important to realize the sustainable and optimized development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.significance.Therefore,this paper uses literature analysis methods,comparative research methods,quantitative and qualitative research methods and other analytical methods,and adopts entropy method and state space model method to evaluate and analyze the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The evaluation and research on the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the region and Guangdong region have been conducted.At the same time,the arc GIS10.0 tool was used to visualize the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the Greater Bay Area urban agglomeration,and the attribution analysis of the coefficient of variation of the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the urban agglomeration in the past 10 years was carried out.And from the three levels of industrial structure,ecological environment,and urban development positioning,it analyzes the causes of problems in the resource and environmental carrying capacity of the Greater Bay Area,so as to provide countermeasures for promoting the sustainable and optimized development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In this process,it is necessary to give full play to the interactive coordination mechanism between the government and the market to jointly ensure the optimal development of the resources and environment carrying capacity of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
