With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of industrialization,the city has gradually become the main space of human social life.As more and more human activities gather in cities,cities are faced with problems such as the dramatic increase in the scale of land use,the transformation of economic structure,shortage of resources,and environmental pollution.This not only causes harm to people's lives,but also affects the realization of China's sustainable development goals.Therefore,how to evaluate and predict the city's carrying capacity and the construction of related database systems has aroused widespread concern in the academic and government sectors.For this reason,this article has completed the following work:(1)Comprehensive evaluation of resource and environmental carrying capacity in Wuhan based on TOPSIS model.Urban resources and environment are the basis on which people depend for their survival and development.Based on the characteristics of resource and environmental carrying capacity,the comprehensive evaluation index system for resource and environmental carrying capacity is constructed from four aspects:social resources,social environment,natural resources,and natural environment,and entropy rights are used.Based on the TOPSIS model and grey correlation analysis,the change trend of resources and environmental carrying capacity in Wuhan City from 2002 to 2015 and the main factors affecting the resources and environmental carrying capacity of Wuhan City were studied.(2)Based on the improved Adaboost-LR Wuhan City resource and environmental carrying capacity index forecast.Accurate and effective prediction of resource and environmental carrying capacity is not only the need for urban risk assessment and early warning,but also an important basis for the government to formulate new urbanization policies.Taking Wuhan City from 2002 to 2015 as a sample,the Logistic regression model was used to predict the index of Wuhan City's resource-environmental carrying capacity,and compared with related research methods to verify the effectiveness of Logistic regression model in predicting bearing capacity.In order to further improve the accuracy of bearing capacity prediction,this paper designs an improved Adaboost-LR model to predict resource and environmental carrying capacity index,determines the weight of Adaboost-LR model for different error ranges,and improves the prediction of resource and environmental carrying capacity in one step.The accuracy rate.The experimental results show that the improved Adaboost-LR method can effectively improve the accuracy of the bearing capacity index prediction.(3)Design and implementation of an urban resource carrying capacity assessment system based on Struts2.Using B/S framework and using Oracle+Struts2+C3PO+JSP technology to implement an urban resource carrying capacity assessment application system that integrates data storage,data query,data display,and data analysis,and studies the bearing capacity of modern cities and related data.Information management provides the basic guarantee.
