In recent years,the economy of China is developing rapidly.A multitude of enterprises have been growing fast in this process.However there are also countless enterprises whose development is stalled or even stopped because their management cannot adapt to their rapid growth.Constructing a suitable business management mode and designing the performance evaluation system have been two important tasks for every enterprise.Under such a background ameba management mode,which has helped Kyocera and KDDI to be the ones among world top 500 enterprises,provides a valuable reference for Chinese enterprises.A company,as a communication enterprise,began to import this business mode in 2013.After nearly five years of accumulation,it has formed a set of performance management system suitable for itself.Beginning with the research results of ameba management mode and performance evaluation,this article analyses their relationship first,and then combined with the practice experience of A company,it searches the key points in designing the performance evaluation system under ameba mode.Furthermore aiming at the problems of A company's current performance evaluation system,some suggestions are offered for improvement.Finally,based on the research the paper summarizes the experiences in designing performance evaluation system under the mode of ameba.The purpose of this article is to provide some references for the enterprises which are preparing to import ameba management mode,through the researching of practice experience of A company.
