Research On The Cost Management Of T Electric Power Enterprise Based On Ameba Administration Accounting Model

For a long term,demand for power equipment has been unstable due to the effect of national policies,market cycle and so on,which results in an unstable supply as well.Since Three Gorges Dam generated power in 2000,many DC transmission projects were consecutively built to transmit power from the west to the east,which required a large amount of power equipment;however,from 2012 to 2013,being affected by various factors,DC transmission projects have decreased sharply.Thus,power equipment manufacturers are in a difficult situation.Under this circumstance,only if enterprises pay more attention to core competitiveness and self cost management,they can seek a long-term development.It is vitally important for enterprises to conduct proper cost management.In this paper,large amounts of relative literature materials are found with careful analysis and summary.Jiangsu T Electric Power Enterprise is taken as an example to explore problems existing in cost management.Besides,based on analysis of Ameba Administration Accounting Model,quantitative and qualitative analysis are made to analyze the necessity and influence of introducing Ameba Administration Accounting Model to T Power Enterprise.With the employment of this model,the operators' administrative level can be promoted so as to strengthen the communication and cooperation with other departments.While controlling the cost,the enterprise can also improve the profits and thus enhance their competitiveness.This paper consists of six parts.In the first part,it mainly introduces the background and significance of this topic as well as the research situation and research methods home and abroad;second,it defines some relative concepts with illustration of cost management theory and Ameba Administration Accounting Model;third,it explores and analyzes current situation of T Power Enterprise in cost management and existing problems;fourth,it elaborates the necessity and concrete employment of Ameba Administration Accounting Model in T Power Enterprise;fifth,through operation,it explores its effects on economy and administration;sixth,it concludes and summarizes the contents of the whole paper.
