IT enterprises are facing severe challenges in recent years.On the one hand,with the economic downturn and the imbalance of the demand and supply,the computer industry will face more intense competition.On the other hand,computer products,which are not capable of production or up to the advanced level of foreign countries,still relay on the import.If IT enterprises do not response quickly,there will be dangerous in the fierce market competition.TF Company is one of the most important enterprises in China IT industry,so TF Company must further strengthen marketing management,combine with their own situation,grasp the market opportunity,utilize the national policy and establish a feasible marketing strategy.This article makes the ameba operating mode of TF Company as the research object,with the deep study of the marketing problem existed in the process of Amoeba management.According to the actual problem in marketing management,it would find out the reason of the existence of these problems and propose the solution,so that the company can maintain healthy and sustainable development.Firstly with the analysis of a large number of literature research and data due to the marketing theory,this article analyzed and studied the computer product factors from the macroeconomic environment and micro environmental impact.Then applying for the SWOT matrix,I would analyze the advantages and disadvantages of TF Company,and the opportunities and threats faced by the company.Through the computer industry market segmentation I would make sure the key target customer and market positioning of TF Company.On this basis,from product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,right strategy and public relations strategy of six aspects of TF Company,I would finally explain a series of security measures,to guarantee the implementation of marketing strategy for TF computer.This study not only has a guiding significance for the development of TF Company,but also is also useful for the development of other computer manufacturers.It will play a positive promoting role,with providing new research idea and platform for the computer industry research.
