In the background of the continuous economic growth,private enterprises play an important role in the current economy,the competitors from all over the world want to occupy the market.As a member of the real economy,if it want to develop and grow it should get core capacity.Management is the core of the enterprise.As the two important management model,Lean production and Ameba management had been verified by lots of corporations.This thesis mainly cite the TY company and research two important management model parallel implement in typical private enterprise.First part of this thesis describe TY company condition before,changes after the lean production and a series of problems in the process.In order to fill the gap,Ameba was introduced into TY corporation.How to start the system at first,if it was different from our annual budget before.All of the problem we should consider.Then take the Ameba accounting system into practice.For the compatible issue,we try to put them together and get a new system which can learn from others' strong points to offset one's weakness.Whatever system setup is going to make the strategic come true,combine strategic indicates and evaluation together.Stimulate new system get better and better.Each unit compete with others under good atmosphere inside enterprise,identity the difference and improve,share the achievement and make a cycle.Finally achieve the target of minimization of cost,maximization of sales,optimization of the group,create continuous improvement environment.
