After China joined the WTO,more and more foreign enterprises to enter the domestic market,enterprises are facing more and more competitors,the competitive pressure is more and more.And now the competition between enterprises is the core competence of the competition.In order to survive and develop in the fierce competition in the market environment,we must continuously enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to learn from the management experience of blue chip enterprises at home and abroad,grasp the ideas and skills of modern scientific management,to internal management,through the management to enhance their core competitiveness,improve organizational performance.This article take the questionnaire and interview method,through to SM new energy company performance of empirical research,the present situation and problems of performance management in the profile is discussed on the basis of performance management,from the performance management by objectives,performance appraisal system,and analyzes the problems existing in the assessment results application aspects: performance target management system,performance appraisal target fuzzy and performance target not science,not clear.Performance appraisal system,performance indicators set not science,not appropriate;The inspection scope is not comprehensive,appraisal result affected by length of service,position;After the performance appraisal lack of communication,performance appraisal results using single and appraisal main body and the method is too single.Evaluation result application system,and incentive strategy cooperate closely enough and performance feedback interviews work has not been carried out.The cause of performance management system,the problems include: human resource management idea backwardness,human resources management system is imperfect,the foundation of performance management is weak and poor understanding of performance management.From the basis of the performance management system design,the principle of performance management,the design of performance indicators,performance criteria and determining weight,progressand performance management system design of SM redesign new energy company performance management system,the application effect of the new performance management system is mainly reflected in: corporate performance goals more clear;Scientific and standardized performance management process;Employee performance appraisal evaluation more three-dimensional;Enhance staff initiative and departments to coordinate more closely,but there are still ignore the external environment factors on the evaluation indexes and interpersonal relationship problems such as adverse effects on the formation qualitative indicators.Based on this,puts forward the SM new energy company performance management system to implement the safeguards.Mainly include: cultivating performance management of the enterprise culture,completes the performance management of stable cross,the attention of the leadership and staff actively participate in,to strengthen the communication in the process of performance management,to strengthen the training education and strengthening the system construction of managers.
